ekvip automation GmbH offers software development in mechanical engineering. Our focus is on the control programming of interlinked industrial systems, application development and robotics. We also take on the worldwide commissioning of industrial machines.
Your tasks
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs using IEC61131-3 programming languages
- Strong working knowledge of the Studio5000 and FactoryTalk software
- Develop HMI for monitoring and controlling PLC-based systems
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, end-users, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and specifications
- Provide technical support and training to employees, operators, maintenance staff, and other involved parties
- Travelling on-site for worldwide commissioning
Your profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Rockwell Studio 5000
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages
- Experience in HMI programming (PanelView, PanelView Plus, RSView and FactoryTalk Studio)
- Strong understanding of DeviceNET, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, and other communication protocols
- Experience with Allen-Bradley Kinetix Servo Control and PowerFlex VFD
- Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley safety PLCs, I/O, Safety Motion and Guard Link networks
- Strong English language skills
- High willingness to travel internationally
