ekvip ist eine junge Leipziger Firma im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik. Unsere Kompetenz liegt in der Softwareentwicklung für komplexe Industrieanlagen und zwar weltweit. Zur Verstärkung des operativen Managements suchen wir ein Organisationstalent als Junior Operations Manager.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du wirkst aktiv an der Planung und Kalkulation von Projekten hinsichtlich des Budgets und des Ressourceneinsatz im Bereich SPS-Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme mit
• Des Weiteren leistest Du organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung für unsere Projektteams
• Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Projektmanagementaufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamleiter:innen und bist eine direkte Schnittstelle zum Kunden
• Mit eigenen Ideen entwickelst und optimierst Du operative Prozesse weiter
• Du ertellst ergebnisbezogenen Berichten über Projektfortschritt, Projektergebnisse und Abweichungen

Dein Profil

• Du hast einen Studienabschluss im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder in einem technischen Bereich wie Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Informatik mit einem wirtschaftlichen Profil
• Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Du sprichst die deutsche und englische Sprache sicher
• Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Eigeninitiative mit
• Im Idealfall hast Du eine Affinität zur Softwareentwicklung und/oder zum Maschinen- und Anlagenbau

What awaits you

• In the middle of the green west of Leipzig we are looking for a dedicated Public Relation & Communication Manager for an unlimited period of time. You can expect a multifaceted interface position with plenty of room for your own ideas.
• Together with the management, you will develop a strategy for internal and external corporate communications and ensure its implementation.
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of personnel marketing and employer branding campaigns for our employer brand.
• You are responsible for the creation of content for all relevant channels with a focus on social media

Your profile

• You have a degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, media studies or a comparable qualification
• You have at least two years of professional experience in a similar field of activity
• You have a feel for target group-oriented communication and HR trends, as well as the ability to translate these into suitable concepts and campaigns
• You can inspire others with your ideas and work in a goal-oriented manner to realize them
• You have very good German and English skills
